Municipal CBMS Council and PSA convene at the 1st CBMS Council Coordination Meeting
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), as the lead agency to implement the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS), per Republic Act 11135 also known as the CBMS Act, held its first council meeting last 25 August 2022 at the ECB JR. Clubhouse and Multi-purpose Hall. The coordination meeting was presided by Ms. Aprilla Camilot, Municipal Administrator and facilitated by Mr. Geoffrey Calimuhayan, PSA, Chief Statistical Specialist. The said meeting aims to orient the council members on their specific roles in the implementation of the CBMS Survey, provide updates, and address some issues and concerns in relation to the conduct of the Household Surveys. Present in the meeting are the MLGU Department and Section Heads, Hon. Teresita Bulsao, Hon. Joe Angco, PSDS Marizon Castillo and P02 Hector Malapit, Pudtol MPS.
