 
The Local Government Unit of Pudtol together with the National Commission for Culture and Arts (NCCA) joins the celebration of 25th IPRA (RA 8371) Commemoration and National Indigenous Peoples (IP) Month this October 2022 with the theme “25 Years: Fulfilling the Indigenous Peoples Rights and Bridging the Gaps through ICCs/IPs Convergence with Partner Stakeholders to Ensure in Economic Sustainability and Security in the Ancestral Domains” at Hutungan Hidden Paradise, Lower Maton Pudtol Apayao last October 26, 2022.
The activity commemorated the recognition and protection of the rights of indigenous cultural communities and aimed to raise public awareness and continue efforts to recognize, respect, promote,protect and fullfil the rights and well being of indigenous cultural communities and Indigenous peoples. The presence of venerables from the Isnag Tribe together with the Officials of the municipality Headed by Hector Reuel D. Pascua and other individuals truly manifested the promotion of cultural community for stronger nation.
Highlights of the celebration was the showcasing of Oral and Cultural Traditions of Isnags (SAY-AM).
