In a bid to empower farmers and boost livestock production, the Provincial Government of Apayao, under the dynamic leadership of Governor Elias C. Bulut Jr. represented by the Provincial Administrator, Atty. Edmar C. Pascua, has initiated the establishment of the Farmer Livestock School (FLS). This groundbreaking endeavor, spearheaded by the Provincial Veterinary Office, in collaboration with the Municipal Government of Pudtol, marks a significant milestone in the agricultural landscape of the province.
The launching of the Farmer Livestock School is a testament to the power of collaboration. Governor Elias C. Bulut Jr., alongside the Provincial Veterinary Office headed by Dr. Ralph Verzon, has joined hands with the Municipal Government of Pudtol, under the leadership of Mayor Hector Reuel D. Pascua. Together, they aim to equip farmers with the necessary knowledge and skills to enhance large and small ruminant production in the province.
Mayor Hector Reuel D. Pascua, in his message of support, underscored the importance of the partnership between the provincial and municipal governments in uplifting the agricultural sector. Through the Municipal Office of Agricultural Services (MOAS), led by Municipal Agriculturist Mrs. Marivic Lagmay, the Municipality of Pudtol is committed to providing comprehensive support to the Farmer Livestock School.
