We were honored to celebrate the birthday of our esteemed Governor Elias “Butzy” C. Bulut, Jr. in grand style here in Pudtol at Siruk ti Rangtay (STR) Cabatacan, Pudtol, Apayao!
The event was graced by the presence of Provincial Officials headed by Congresswoman Eleanor C. Bulut-Begtang, LGU Pudtol Officials led by Mayor Hector Reuel D. Pascua, PLGU and MLGU Department Heads, Local Chief Executives from the different Municipalities of Apayao, National Line Agencies, and the vibrant community of Pudtol. Together, we commemorated the life and leadership of Governor Butzy, whose dedication and vision continue to inspire us all.
It was a joyous occasion filled with heartfelt wishes, camaraderie, and gratitude for the remarkable contributions of Governor Butzy to our province. Here’s to many more years of prosperity, progress, and shared success under his guidance!
