Yesterday, on September 24, 2024, the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), led by Mayor Hector Reuel D. Pascua, carried out the installation and turnover of Starlink Low Earth Orbit Modems at Santo Rosario School (SRS) as part of the Connectivity Program.
The personnel from the Management Information Systems Office successfully installed the Starlink modems, which included a Free Wi-Fi Portal for students to ensure secure and efficient use of the internet connectivity. This initiative aims to improve the digital learning experience for the students of SRS.
The installation and turnover event was witnessed by the SRS Faculty, led by Principal Imelda Agoo, along with the entire faculty and student body.
This project is a significant step in bridging the digital divide, ensuring that students have access to quality internet service for their educational needs.
