The Municipal Government of Pudtol conducted its 1st Quarter Joint Meeting of the Municipal Development Council (MDC), Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC), Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC), Local Project Monitoring Committee (LPMC), Local Council Against Trafficking–Violence Against Women and Children (LCAT-VAWC), Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC), Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (LDRRMC) and the Ecological Solid Waste Management Board (ESWMB) on February 12, 2026 at the ECB Jr. Municipal Clubhouse, Poblacion, Pudtol, Apayao.
The meeting was led by Municipal Mayor Atty. Edmar D. Pascua and attended by Department Heads, Section Heads, Barangay Officials, representatives from National Line Agencies, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and other concerned stakeholders.
Among the matters discussed were the presentation of CY 2025 accomplishments and proposed programs for CY 2026, updates on peace and order and public safety, disaster preparedness initiatives, solid waste management concerns, monitoring of 20% MDF projects, barangay development priorities, and other key sectoral concerns. The councils also tackled strategies to strengthen anti-drug programs, protection mechanisms for women and children, and community-based development efforts.
