Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Apayao Agro-Industrial Trade and Tourism Fair, the Municipality of Pudtol proudly unveiled its booth , the Balay Isnag, a vibrant showcase of culture, creativity and community pride.
In line with this year’s theme, “BRyA: yApayaos’ Harmony with Nature, Apayao’s Hub of Treasures,” the Pudtol’s Booth stands as a living testament to how the municipality treasures its natural resources while preserving its indigenous identity. The structure itself speaks of resilience; originally built in 2024, the main framework of Balay Isnag has withstood the storms and nature’s wrath over the past years. Its durability symbolizes the strength and steadfast spirit of the Pudtoleneans.
Led by Municipal Mayor Atty. Edmar D. Pascua, the Pudtol delegation formally opened the booth, highlighting the municipality’s rich Isnag heritage and thriving local industries. Inspired by the traditional home of the Isnag people, Balay Isnag beautifully reflects Pudtol’s identity, from its indigenous artistry and woven products to its agricultural goods and locally produced delicacies. The booth also features stunning visuals of Pudtol’s breathtaking landscapes.
More than just a display, the Pudtol Booth tells a story , a story of hardworking farmers, skilled artisans, passionate entrepreneurs, and a community deeply rooted in culture and tradition while steadily moving toward progress.
We warmly invite everyone to come and visit the Balay Isnag at the Agro-Industrial Trade and Tourism Fair Grounds. Discover the unique products of Pudtol, appreciate its cultural heritage, and experience a glimpse of the municipality’s beautiful landscape and thoughtfully crafted booth layout.
