PUDTOL, Apayao – Mayor Hector Reuel D. Pascua and Vice Mayor Randy A. Laoat, alongside members of the Sangguniang Bayan and other key officials, conducted a site visit to oversee the ongoing construction of the Pudtol Commercial Building and Transport Terminal located at Swan, Pudtol, Apayao.
